On February 6, 2001, Heritage Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a TCI of Central Iowa ("TCI-CI") and the City of Des Moines, Iowa ("City") jointly moved to terminate Commission review of local rate orders currently pending before the Commission. This withdrawal resolves all pending BST rate matter involving TCI-CI and the City. Accordingly, TCI-CI and the City request that the appeals, petition for reconsideration, emergency stay requests, as well as all subsequent filings related to these proceedings be withdrawn and dismissed with prejudice and without benefit of substantive Commission review. 2.
