On January 29, 2001, Heritage Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a TCI of Central Iowa ("TCI-CI") filed with the Commission a motion to withdraw an appeal of a local rate order adopted by the City of Des Moines, IA concerning regulation of TCI-CI's local commercial rates. TCI-CI states that it has now reached an acceptable resolution of this matter with the City. Accordingly, TCI-CI requests that the appeal, emergency stay request, and all filings related to this proceeding be withdrawn and dismissed with prejudice and without benefit of substantive Commission review. 2.
