CSB-A-0240 CSB-A-0464 ORDER Adopted: March 5, 2001 Released: March 7, 2001 By the Chief, Consumer Protection and Competition Division, Cable Service Bureau: 1. On February 13, 2001, TCI Cablevision of Nevada, Inc. ("TCI-NV") and the City of Sparks, Nevada ("City") filed with the Commission a joint motion to withdraw appeals of local rate orders adopted by the City. In its motion, TCI-NV and the City request that the appeals, petition for reconsideration and request for emergency stay, as well as all subsequent filings related to these proceedings be withdrawn and dismissed with prejudice and without benefit of substantive Commission review. This withdrawal resolves all pending rate matters involving TCI-NV and the City. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeals of Local Rate Orders filed by TCI Cablevision of Nevada, Inc. and the City of Sparks, Nevada IS GRANTED and the appeals, petition for reconsideration, and emergency stay request ARE DISMISSED. 3.
