On December 12, 2000, TCI Cablevision of Oregon, Inc. ("TCI-O") and Clackamas County, Oregon ("County") filed with the Commission a joint motion to withdraw appeals of local rate orders adopted by the County. In its motion, TCI-O and the County request that the petition for reconsideration, appeals and requests for emergency stay and all subsequent filings related to these proceedings be withdrawn and dismissed without benefit of substantive Commission review. This withdrawal resolves all pending rate matters involving TCI-O and the County. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeals of Local Rate Orders filed by TCI Cablevision of Oregon, Inc. and Clackamas County, Oregon IS GRANTED and the petition for reconsideration, appeals and stay requests ARE DISMISSED. 3.
