By the Deputy Chief, Cable Services Bureau:

     The Public Notice ("Notice") in the above-captioned proceeding required that responses to the
Petition for Declaratory Ruling filed by Mr. Keith A. Sime ("Petition") be filed on or before March 30,
2000 and replies on or before April 14, 2000.  The Plantation at Leesburg Homeowners' Association, Inc.
("The Plantation") has requested an extension until April 30, 2000 to respond.  The Plantation's request is
granted.  Accordingly, responses to the Petition are now due on or before April 30, 2000 and replies on or
before May 15, 2000.
