On January 5, 2000 and December 19, 1997, TCI Cablevision of Oregon, Inc. ("TCI-O") and the Mt. Hood Cable Regulatory Commission ("MHCRC"), acting on behalf of the City of Portland, Oregon ("City") and the County of Multnomah, Oregon jointly moved to terminate Commission review of certain rate matters currently pending before the Commission. These motions collectively dispose of all of the issues in the above-captioned proceedings. TCI-O and the MHCRC ask that the petition for reconsideration, appeals, and all related filings in these proceedings be dismissed without benefit of substantive Commission Review. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeals of Local Rate Orders filed on January 5, 2000 and the Motion to Withdraw or Limit Appeals and Petitions for Reconsideration filed on December 19, 1997 by TCI Cablevision of Oregon, Inc. and the Mt.
