On January 6, 2000, Century Cable of Northern California, Inc. ("Century") and the City of San Buenaventura, California ("City") filed with the Commission a petition to withdraw three Petitions for Review, filed on May 27, 1998, October 29, 1998 and December 3, 1998, from rate orders adopted by the City. In its pleading, Century states that the disputed issues relating to the appeals are now moot and ask that the petitions for review and associated stay requests filed in the above captioned community be dismissed. 2.
