                             ORDER

By the Chief, Consumer Protection and Competition Division, Cable Services Bureau:

          1.   On December 8, 1999, TCI of Arlington, Inc. ("TCI-A") and the City of Arlington, Texas
          ("City") filed a joint motion to withdraw Appeals of Local Rate Orders requesting that the
          appeals, stay requests and all related pleadings filed in the above-captioned proceedings be
          withdrawn and dismissed without benefit of substantive Commission review.
          2.   Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeals of Local Rate
          Orders filed by TCI of Arlington, Inc. and the City of Arlington, Texas IS GRANTED and
          the appeals and stay requests ARE DISMISSED.
          3.   This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by Section 0.321 of the Commission's
          rules.  47 C.F.R.  0.321.
