The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking ("Notice") in the above-captioned proceeding (FCC 99- 406) released December 22, 1999 required that reply comments related to Section IV of the Notice (i.e., good faith negotiation and exclusivity) be filed 21 days after publication of the Notice in the Federal Register. Federal Register publication occurred on December 29, 1999, making reply comments due on or before January 19, 2000. The National Association of Broadcasters ("NAB") has requested a two-day extension of the period in which to file reply comments. NAB's request is granted. Reply comments related to Section IV of the Notice are now due on or before January 21, 2000. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that NAB's request for an extension of time IS GRANTED.
