This Erratum corrects Footnote 28 in the Report and Order in the above-captioned proceeding, FCC 99-116, which was released May 26, 1999 ("Order"). Nielsen has recently informed the Commission that there are 7, not 5, television stations that are physically located in one DMA but are assigned for reporting purposes as local to another DMA. This error will be corrected prior to publication of the Order in the FCC Record. 2. The footnote should read as follows: Nielsen has indicated that, for the purposes of the 1997-1998 assignment list, there were seven stations located in one DMA but currently assigned as "local" to another DMA: (1) WOGX--located in the Orlando DMA but assigned to the Gainesville DMA; (2) WGRB--located in the Louisville DMA but assigned to the Bowling Green DMA; (3) WGVP--located in the Tallahassee DMA but assigned to the Albany, GA DMA; (4) WNTZ--located in the Baton Rouge DMA but assigned to the Alexandria DMA; (5) WNPA-- located in the Johnstown/Altoona DMA but assigned to the Pittsburgh DMA; (6) KADY--located in the Los Angeles DMA but assigned to the Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-San Luis Obispo DMA; and (7) KNTV--located in the San Francisco DMA but assigned to the Monterey-Salinas DMA.
