                            ERRATUM

By the Deputy Chief, Cable Services Bureau:

     The Memorandum Opinion and Order, DA 99-483, released March 12, 1999 in File No. CSR 5319-M
is corrected as follows:

     1.   Delete the following clause from the second sentence of Paragraph 4: "and consequently does
not transmit predominately noncommercial programs for educational purposes."

     2.   Then add the following clause to the end of the second sentence of Paragraph 4 "and
apparently does not receive funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting."
