     Order, DA 99-194, (released January 22, 1999) ("Order") is corrected to change the caption as
indicated above and paragraph 1 as follows:

     1.   In this Order we consider the refund plan filed by the above-captioned operator
     ("Operator") in the above-captioned communities pursuant to our order In the Matter of
     Falcon Cable Systems ("Refund Order").  Our review of Operator's refund plan reveals that
     the refund plan fulfills the requirements of the Refund Order.
