ORDER

By the Chief, Consumer Protection and Competition Division, Cable Services Bureau:

1. TCI Cablevision of Northwest Ohio ("TCI-N") filed with the Commission on April 21, 
1997 an appeal of a local rate order for the above-referenced communities.  The order on appeal is 
Resolution No.1997-4 adopted by the Telecommunications Commission of Northwest Ohio ("TCNO") 
on March 21, 1997.  In the local rate order, the TCNO concluded that the annual rate adjustment filings 
submitted by TCI-N to be incomplete and inadequate to complete a proper objective review.
2. On October 27, 1999 TCI-N filed a Motion to withdraw its appeal.  In its motion, TCI-N 
states that there is no longer any need to burden the Commission with a review of the underlying dispute 
in this case and request the appeal be dismissed without benefit of substantive Commission review.  No 
opposition to the motion has been filed.  Therefore, TCI-N's motion to withdraw is accepted.
3.	Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate 
Order filed by TCI-N IS GRANTED and the appeal IS DISMISSED.
4.	This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by Section 0.321 of the 
Commission's rules.  47 C.F.R. § 0.321.
