On February 10, 1999, Robin Media Group d/b/a InterMedia ("InterMedia"), filed with the Commission an appeal of a local rate order adopted by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee (the "City") on January 11, 1999. In the local rate order, the City established regulated rates for basic cable service, provided by InterMedia. The local order denied InterMedia rate increases for basic cable service justified by Forms 1200 from September 1, 1993 through February 1999. 2. On March 17, 1999 InterMedia filed with the Commission a letter withdrawing its appeal filed on February 10, 1999. In its notice, InterMedia states that the issues raised in the pending appeal has been rendered moot by Order No. 99-03 adopted by the Murfreesboro Cable Television Commission on March 8, 1999. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that InterMedia's Appeal of the Local Rate Order issued by the City of Murfreesboro, Tennessee IS DISMISSED. 4.
