  The Report and Order, FCC 98-116, released June 24, 1998, in the above captioned proceeding
is corrected to revise paragraph 138 to read as follows:

  138.  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the rules as amended in Appendix A shall become
effective upon approval by the Office of Management and Budget, except for 47 C.F.R.  76.1204, which
shall become effective on July 1, 2000 after approval by the Office of Management and Budget.
