In this Order we consider the refund plan filed by the above-captioned operator ("Operator") in the above-captioned community pursuant to our order In the Matter of Comcast SCH Holdings, Inc. ("Refund Order"). Our review of Operator's refund plan reveals refund liability for the period September 1, 1995 to December 31, 1995 was incorrectly based on three, rather than four months and that interest was miscalculated throughout the refund period. Consequently, refund liability, including interest, is understated by $285.60. 2. Accordingly, Operator's Refund Plan IS APPROVED, subject to the additional accrual of the understatement noted, and IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 76.962 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.962, that Operator implement its refund plan within 60 days of the date of this Order. 3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Section 76.962 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 76.962, that Operator file a certificate of compliance with the Chief, Cable Services Bureau, within 90 days of the release of this Order certifying its compliance with this Order. 4. This action is taken pursuant to Section 0.321 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 0.321. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Margaret M.
