On March 26, 1996, Tele-Media Company of Western Connecticut ("Tele-Media") filed a Petition for Reconsideration of Tele-Media Company of Western Connecticut, Memorandum Opinion and Order, DA 96-91 (released February 26, 1996), issued by the Cable Services Bureau. The order addressed Tele-Media's June 21, 1995 appeal of two local rate orders that were adopted by the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control on May 17, 1995. 2. On July 10, 1998, Tele-Media filed a request to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration, stating that the parties have resolved this matter. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the request to withdraw the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Tele-Media IS GRANTED and the Petition for Reconsideration IS DISMISSED. 4.
