In this Order we consider the refund plan filed by the above-captioned operator ("Operator") in the above-captioned community pursuant to our order In the Matter of Suburban Cable TV, Inc. ("Order on Reconsideration"). Our review of Operator's refund plan reveals that Operator did not accurately calculate the total amount of refunds due cable programming services tier ("CPST") subscribers as provided in our Order on Reconsideration. 2. In its refund calculation, Operator shows a cumulative refund amount (including franchise fees and interest) that totals $18,138.77. This amount does not include an interest calculation for the period October 1, 1997 through December 31, 1997. We therefore calculated that amount, along with the additional interest due for the period of January 1, 1998 through May 31, 1998. These calculations resulted in an additional $750.92. Therefore, the total amount due CPST subscribers is $18,889.69. Provided Operator adjusts its refund plan as detailed herein, we will approve Operator's refund plan. 3. Accordingly, Operator's Refund Plan IS APPROVED, provided Operator adjusts its total refund amount as detailed herein. 4. This action is taken pursuant to Section 0.321 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 0.321. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Elizabeth W.
