Here we consider a request to withdraw an FCC Form 329 rate complaint ("complaint"). The Federal Communications Commission ("Commission") received a letter from the complainant for the above-referenced community requesting that the Commission allow the complainant to withdraw the complaint against the cable services programming tier ("CPST") rate charged by the above-referenced operator ("Operator"). We will allow the withdrawal of the complaint, and our review of the resulting rate justifications will therefore be terminated. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that the request to withdraw the FCC Form 329 rate complaint against the CPST rate charged by the Operator in the community referenced above IS GRANTED, and the review of the resulting rate justification filings IS TERMINATED. 3.
