On April 25, 1997, Rifkin Narragansett South Florida CATV Limited Partnership d/b/a Gold Coast Cablevision ("Gold Coast"), filed with the Commission an interlocutory appeal and request for emergency relief of a local rate order adopted by the City of Miami Beach (the "City") on April 11, 1997. The local rate order established Gold Coast's rates for basic cable service. 2. On June 20, 1997, Gold Coast filed with the Commission a notice of withdrawal of its interlocutory appeal and request for emergency relief. In its notice, Gold Coast states that it has reached a favorable resolution of this matter with the City and therefore withdraws its appeal and requests that it be dismissed. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT Gold Coast's interlocutory appeal and request for emergency relief of the rate order issued by the City of Miami Beach, Florida IS DISMISSED. 4. This action is taken by the Chief, Consumer Protection and Competition Division, Cable Services Bureau, pursuant to authority delegated by section 0.321 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.321.
