Furthermore, we have recalculated Worksheet  x.4 (Residual), Worksheet 5 (Channel Movement and Deletion) and Line I3 (Channel Movement Deletion  xzSegment for Projected Period) to reflect the movement of the residuals of two channels from CPST to  xBST. Because Operator's actual CPST rate of $13.80 exceeded its reduced MPR of $13.42, we find Operator's actual CPST rate of $13.80, effective April 1, 1996 to March 31, 1997 to be unreasonable.  S- ` Qx8.` ` Upon review of Operator's FCC Form 1240 for the period April 1, 1997 to March 31,  x1998, we have adjusted Module A, Line A1 to reflect Operator's previous MPR of $13.42. In addition, we revised Module D to correspond with  xkModule I of Operator's prior FCC Form 1240 and revised Module F, Line F8 to correspond with the  xrevision made in Operator's prior FCC Form 1240. Furthermore, we have recalculated Worksheet 4  x(Residual), Worksheet 5 (Channel Movement and Deletion) and Line I3 (Channel Movement Deletion  xzSegment for Projected Period) to reflect the movement of the residuals of two channels from CPST to  xBST. These adjustments reduced Operator's MPR from $14.96 to $13.94.
