     The Memorandum Opinion and Order, DA 97-1120, released May 30, 1997 in File No. CSR 4520-L
is corrected as follows:

     1.    The date in the last sentence of Paragraph 14 is corrected to "September 24, 1994."

     2.    The date in fourth sentence of Paragraph 16 is corrected to "July 26, 1994."

     3.    The second sentence of footnote 21 is corrected to read, "Advantage is barred by this provision
from recovering any overcharges occuring more than 60 days prior to the filing of the petition on September
24, 1994, or prior to July 26, 1994."

     4.    The date within in Paragraph 19 is corrected to "July 26, 1994."
