"X,_(_(II"  xyEven with our adjustments and disallowances, however, we find that the Operator's monthly CPST rates  S-in effect on September 1, 1993 have been justified and are reasonable.@X yO- xԍOperator requests confidential treatment of documents and attachments included within its July 14, 1994 cost  xof service submission in its Request for Confidentiality, dated May 18, 1995. For the purposes of this proceeding,  xxour review and determination of Operator's CPST cost of service rate was based on nonconfidential information  xprovided by Operator in its initial cost of service submission. Given that our findings regarding Operator's rate  xxjustification are not based on any materials for which Operator seeks confidential treatment, we need not address  xOperator's request for confidential treatment of those materials at this time. Moreover, the documents and  xattachments listed by Operator's Request for Confidentiality, are filing requirements under our Rules, or publicly available information, and are nonconfidential. x  S- ` x5.` ` Upon review of Operator's FCC Forms 1210 and 1240, we find that Operator has justified  S`-its CPST rates effective September 1, 1993 to May 31, 1996 .  ``  yO`- xYԍThis finding is based solely on the representations of Operator.
