Given that our findings of Operator's rate  xxjustification are not based on any materials for which Operator seeks confidential treatment, we need not address  xOperator's request for confidential treatment of those materials at this time. Moreover, the documents and  xattachments listed by Operator's Request for Confidentiality, are filing requirements under our Rules, or publicly available information, and are nonconfidential.
