The LFA certified that it has received more than one  S- d(#subscriber complaint for each of the communities referenced aboveT: yO- d(# ԍ The LFA stated that it received its first valid subscriber complaint for each of the abovereferenced communities on January 9, 1997. and that it has complied with the  S- d(#/Interim Rules.R T: {OH-ԍ See 47 C.F.R.  76.1402 (1996).R Upon review of Operator's FCC Form 1210 for the period from January 1, 1995 to  S`- d(#September 30, 1995, we find that Operator has justified its CPST rate of $17.70, effective December 1,  S8- d(#1995.8T: {O - d(#ԍ In this FCC Form 1210, Operator's beginning rate on Lines A1 and A2 corresponds with the Comcast  {OT -Resolution, 11 FCC Rcd. 4029 (1996). Upon review of Operator's FCC Form 1210 for the period from September 30, 1995 to  d(#December31, 1995, we find that Operator has justified its CPST rate of $18.17, effective February 1, 1996.  S- # i}5. Upon review of Operator's FCC Form 1240 for the projected period from January 1, 1997  d(#to December 31, 1997, we find that Operator has overstated its Interest on Period 1 Adjustment as found  d(#?on Line H4. We have adjusted Line H4 to $14,446.90 to reflect the correct amount of interest on  d(#Operator's Period 1 Adjustment. This adjustment reduces the Total TrueUp Adjustment on Line H13  S - d(#to $307,545.69.
