Multimedia Cablevision, Inc. ("Multimedia") filed a petition for revocation of the certification of Yukon, Oklahoma ("Yukon") to regulate rates for basic cable service and associated equipment. Yukon filed an opposition, and Multimedia filed a reply. Subsequently, Multimedia and Yukon filed a joint motion to defer action on Multimedia's petition for revocation in order to resolve a number of rate issues independently. On November 26, 1996, Multimedia filed a request to withdraw its petition for revocation on the grounds that Multimedia and Yukon had resolved their diffrences. Yukon filed no reply. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that Multimedia Cablevision, Inc.'s petition for revocation of the certification of Yukon, Oklahoma to regulate basic cable service rates and associated equipment is DISMISSED. 3.
