On May 13, 1994, Cablevision Industries Corporation ("CVI"), filed with the Commission an appeal of the local rate order adopted by the City of Columbia, South Carolina (the "City") on February 2, 1994. On August 8, 1994, the Commission adopted an order denying CVI's appeal. 2. On September 2, 1994, CVI filed with the Commission an application for review of the August 8, 1994 Order. On March 1, 1996, CVI filed with the Commission a notice of withdrawal of its application for review. The City was served with the notice of withdrawal, and no opposition has been filed. Therefore, CVI's notice of withdrawal of its application for review is accepted. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT CVI's notice of withdrawal of its application for review of the order issued by the Commission for the City of Columbia, South Carolina, IS ACCEPTED and the application for review IS DISMISSED. 4. This action is taken by the Chief, Consumer Protection and Competition Division, Cable Services Bureau, pursuant to authority delegated by section 0.321 of the Commission's rules. 47 C.F.R.  0.321 (1993).
