Paul V. Engle (herein "Engle"), operator of a low power television station serving Winslow, Williamstown, Berlin and Hammonton, New Jersey, filed with the Federal Communications Commission on December 15, 1994 a petition for relief pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 76.975 alleging that Cable TV Fund 14-A, Ltd., dba Jones Intercable refused to provide him with requested rates for commercial leased access services in violation of 47 C.F.R.  76.970(e). By letter filed February 12, 1996, Engle stated, "I believe my petition has been satisfied and therefore withdraw my petition." A copy of Engle's letter was served on Jones Intercable. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to authority delegated by Section 0.321 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.321, that the petition for relief of Paul V.
