The Memorandum Opinion and Order, FCC 95-478, released November 30, 1995, in the
above-captioned proceeding is corrected as follows:

     The third sentence in the first paragraph of footnote 66 is corrected to state:

     "Specifically, as provided by our rules covering those situations where operators elect
     the annual rate adjustment methodology, local franchising authorities will have a 90-
     day review period to evaluate the reasonableness of Time Warner's initial restructured
     basic service tier rate, after Time Warner provides notice of the rate restructuring."
