On April 26, 1995, Post-Newsweek Cable, Inc. of Santa Rosa, California ("PNC"), the operator of a cable television system serving the City of Santa Rosa, California (the "City"), filed with the Commission an appeal of a local rate order adopted by the City on March 28, 1995. The rate order established PNC's rates for basic cable service, equipment, installations and hourly service charges pursuant to the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 and as determined from the operators FCC Form 1200. On May 11, 1995, the City filed an opposition to the appeal. On May 18, 1995, PNC filed a reply to the City's opposition. 2. On November 20, 1995, PNC filed with the Commission a notice of withdrawal of its earlier-filed appeal and any additional pleadings. PNC states that it and the City have resolved the underlying rate dispute that gave rise to the appeal. No opposition to the notice of withdrawal has been filed. Therefore, Post-Newsweek's notice of withdrawal of its appeal is granted. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT Post-Newsweek's notice of withdrawal of its appeal of the rate order issued by the City of Santa Rosa, California IS GRANTED and the appeal IS DISMISSED. 4. This action is taken by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau, pursuant to authority delegated by section 0.321 of the Commission's rules. 47 C.F.R.  0.321 (1993).
