                                   ORDER

By the Chief, Accounting and Audits Division:

    1.   On June 9, 1995, Vision Cable of Pinellas, Inc. (Complainant) filed
a motion to dismiss its pole attachment complaint against Florida Power Corporation
(Florida Power) and terminate the above-captioned proceeding.  The Complainant
states that it no longer desires to pursue this matter.  

    2.   Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Sections 0.91 and 0.291
of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.91 and 0.291 that the Complainant's
motion to dismiss IS GRANTED.
