INTRODUCTION 1. On June 13, 1994, Meredith/New Heritage Strategic Partners, L.P. ("Meredith"), the operator of a cable television system serving the Minnesota communities identified above, filed with the Commission an appeal of the local rate order adopted by Ramsey/Washington Suburban Cable Commission ("RWSCC"), on May 12, 1994. The local order established Meredith's rates for basic cable service, equipment, installations and hourly service charges, as allowed by the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992. 2. On April 7, 1995, Meredith filed with the Commission a motion to dismiss its earlier-filed appeal. In its motion, Meredith states that it no longer wishes to dispute RWSCC's rate order and requests that the Commission dismiss its appeal. There being no opposition, Meredith's motion to dismiss is granted. II Ordering Clause 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT Meredith's motion to dismiss its appeal of the local rate order issued by the Ramsey/Washington Suburban Cable Commision IS DISMISSED. 4. This action is taken by the Chief, Cable Services Bureau, pursuant to authority delegated by section 0.321 of the Commission's rules. 47 C.F.R.  0.321 (1993).
