     This Erratum corrects an inadvertent error in an ordering clause in the Memorandum
Opinion and Order issued in the Letter of Inquiry proceeding concerning Century Cable TV
of Yuma, Arizona ("Century"), LOI-93-39, DA 94-1360 (released December 2, 1994).  In this
regard, paragraph 22 is corrected to read as follows:

          22.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Century's package as it
     existed on December 13, 1993, may be treated as a new product tier under our
     Going Forward Order.
