ERRATUM

By the Chief, Cable Services Bureau:


       This Erratum corrects an inadvertent error in the Memorandum Opinion and Order
issued in the Letter of Inquiry proceeding concerning Cablevision of Boston, LOI-93-12, DA
94-1549 (released December 22, 1994).  In this regard, footnote 1 is corrected to read as
follows:

               1      Letter from Roy J. Stewart, Chief, Mass Media Bureau, FCC, to
       Henry J. Ferris, General Manager, Cablevision of Boston, LOI 93-12
       (November 17, 1993).  Copies of the Letter of Inquiry and Response are
       available to the public in the FCC's Cable Reference Center, 2033 M Street,
       N.W., Room 333, Washington, D.C.  We note that there is a pending rate
       complaint proceeding involving Cablevision.  Our decisions made herein will
       be made a part of that proceeding.
