           COMMISSION ISSUES CABLE SERVICES BUREAU CONTACT LIST

       In order to assist callers in receiving prompt, accurate answers to their cable television
questions, the Cable Services Bureau has developed the following staff contact list.

       Most calls will be handled by members of a specific regional "team".  The states
within each region, and the names of Bureau staff members for each regional team, are listed
below.  In addition, specific telephone numbers are listed for several topics.

       The Cable Services Bureau staff will answer all calls as quickly as possible.

       The contact list will be updated as necessary.
